leaf HOSPITALITY are delighted to announce that we have entererd into two Hotel Management Agreements with the respective owners of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hull and the Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport.
The contracts are the third and forth Hotel Management Agreement for leaf HOSPITALITY, adding to the companies exisiting management portfolio of the 115 bed award winning DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln opened in 2011 and the 80 bed Holiday Inn Express Grimsby opened in 2015.
Both of the additional hotels are currently under construction, with the 100 bed Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport due to open later this year and the 165 DoubleTree by Hilton Hull set to open in early 2017. In addition to the 165 bedrooms the DoubleTree by Hilton Hull will offer a start of the art 900 sqm Ballroom, one of the largest Ballrooms in the North of the UK.
The building of the new hotels reflect the growing strength of the wider area and both will be well positioned to take adavantage of the incresing investment in the region. Hull’s City of Culture in 2017 and the expansion of the off shore wind industry are key drivers of this expansion in the region.

leaf HOSPITALITY have a strong pipeline of Hotel Management Agreements. These include the contracts to manage properties in Central London, Greater London, Nottingham, Essex, Newark and Halifax amongst others. The company are well on there way to achieving their stated goal of 20 Hotels under management by 2020.
