leaf HOSPITALITY are delighted to announce that we have entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with Brayford Hotels in relation to the Holiday Inn Express Grimsby. 

The 80 bed, new build Holiday Inn Express Grimsby is currently under construction and is set to open in mid 2015.  The hotel is excellently located on Wellowgate next to the central train sation and close to the port entrance.

This is the second full management agreement between leaf HOSPITALITY and Brayford Hotels in addition to the award winning DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln, which opened in 2011.

This is the second hotel in the leaf HOSPITALITY portfolio and is another step on the way to achieving the company vision of 20 hotels under management by 2020.  leaf HOSPITALITY are also in conversation with a number of owners in regard to full Hotel Management Agreements. These include properties in central London, Greater London, Cambridge, Nottingham, Essex and Hampshire.
